Technical Leadership Role:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing technical team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent, promoting diversity and inclusivity.
Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch fintech products.
- Ensure seamless integration of user experience, design, and technology.
- Drive the development of secure, scalable, and reliable software applications.
Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance processes for software quality, security, and performance.
- Conduct regular code reviews, testing, and debugging.
Security:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, implementing protocols to safeguard financial data.
- Lead initiatives related to cybersecurity, data privacy, and fraud prevention.
Partnerships:
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and fintech stakeholders.
- Evaluate and negotiate technology partnerships to enhance product offerings.
**Analytics:**
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Provide regular reports to the executive team, highlighting progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven 5 years' experience in a technical leadership role in fintech.
- Strong expertise in full-stack development, particularly Node JS.
- In-depth knowledge of fintech trends, digital payments, and financial regulations.
- Experience in managing and scaling technical teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing technology solutions for business growth.
Remuneration:
- 2.5% stake in the company and a salary range between N400,000 – N600,000 per month.
